Praise Jehovah - The Three In One

“I am your God, Jehovah, God of heaven and earth, God of creation and destruction. My love is great upon the earth and is great upon you. Seek out a closer walk with My Son. Praise Him as you praise Me. Lift up My Spirit and listen to Him; for He will not lead astray nor allow it, as you are submissive to His leading. Quench Him not. When He prompts respond. For His is Mine and Mine is His and We are Three together. Praise the Lord Jesus Christ who shall be praised forever by His brothers and sisters. I have ordained it. So be it.”

Praise Jehovah

“Hold on to the truth. For I am Jehovah and ever to be praised by man and woman alike. The entire creation should praise Me and the day will come for all to bow to My majesty and power. My Son will come and claim that which I have given Him and no one or no thing will stand against Him. He will be given the honor and glory due to Him.”

Praise the Lord! Praise, O servants of the Lord, Praise the name of the Lord! Blessed be the name of the Lord. From this time forth and forevermore! From the rising of the sun to its going down The Lord’s name is to be praised. The Lord is high above all nations, His glory above the heavens. Who is like the Lord our God, Who dwells on high, Who humbles Himself to behold The things that are in the heavens and in the earth? Psalms 13:1-6

The concept of Jehovah being a Three in One God is somewhat difficult to grasp or get our minds around. There are somethings that are so beyond our understanding that we just have to stand in faith that it is so and observe it for what it is. Not only is this concept of three in one beyond our comprehension, everything God does is beyond our ability to actually assimilate into our rational thinking.

The best and most appropriate response we can make to this Most Holy God is to Praise Him, not specifically with our voice, but with our very lives. Submission to Him and His commands is our duty. We must realize that every command coming from the Throne of God is for our benefit. They are not rules and regulations to make sure we obey Him. They are rules, regulations, and relationships to benefit us.

Jehovah

Some would think God wants to be worshipped and praised because of some need or lack within Him. This is not so! Every word, thought, and deed expressed in praise to Him results in Him blessing us. He desires not to receive forced praise that comes from an angry heart. He desires our praise to come from a heart of love and worship, simply for who He is - The Great I AM creator of heaven and earth. As we praise God, God in turn showers down abundant blessing upon us. Because He is a loving God, He desires praise and adoration simply to bless us with more blessing. It becomes a “Circle of Blessing”. We bless God and He blesses us in return.

The gatekeeper was very selective concerning which type animal wasallowed to enter and which was driven away. While watching the gatekeeper select the animals he let in or drove away, the Spirit spoke,

“Wonder not at what you see. You are the gatekeeper for your mind and spirit, allowing or disallowing that which enters. Watch and be alert to that which would clamor and seek your attention. Be on guard against that which would push and shove to enter. Be careful, for the mind is easily influenced. Let no unclean thing enter.

“That which enters the mind through what you see or hear or touch or smell or taste can be a hindrance and obstacle to your praise or it can enhance your closeness to the Almighty; for it will ultimately affect your spirit. Allow only that which is true, honorable, righteous, pure, and holy to enter your mind. If these things dominate your mind and thinking, a pure and honest heart rightly prepared to praise God will start to develop in you. Then your desires shall begin to bear fruit.”
